Integrative Counselling

Integrative counselling, for me, is all about establishing a therapeutic relationship first and foremost and bringing together different therapeutic techniques within that connection to create a holistic approach that works for you as a whole person.

No one is the same, and I believe that counselling should be tailored to the individual rather than taking a biscuit-cutter approach. What works for one person might not work for another.
