Whether you have a diagnosis or not; identify with a label or none; whether you consider yourself to be fully neuro-spicy, or just a little bit neuro-curious you’re welcome here.

This is an affirming, friendly club for ADHD-type women; where we can learn more about why we experience life the way we do, talk openly, share our experiences, and support each other.

You might be considering whether you’d describe yourself as ADHD, Autistic, or both, or be navigating life post-diagnosis. You might be affected by other health conditions that impact the way you think and function. You’re likely to have a lot of questions!

I’ll guide us through topics week by week and we can collaborate on exploring ways of making things work a little bit more smoothly and make sure we’re getting the very best out of life.

The main aim is to leave you feeling more content with the whole of who you are, and ready to shine even brighter!

Weekly Coaching Calls

A small-group session discussing one topic per week via Zoom, Mondays or Fridays 12-1.30 pm (you’re welcome to bring your lunch!)

Individual Support

Individual 1-2-1 WhatsApp messaging for support.

The Nitty Gritty

The programme will run in blocks to coincide with school terms with the next dates running weekly from 28th February to 18th April 2025. The cost for each term is £120 payable before the first session. Payment in installments can be arranged by discussion.
